She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Cowell; her children, Tony Borschnack (Pam) of Anchorage, Billy Borschnack, Joe Layland, Joey Borschnack, Billie Jean Borschnack of Anchorage, Julie Borschnack of Anchorage and Crystal Helton of Anchorage; her siblings, LeRoy Helton (Susie), Debbie Alvarez, Kimberly Helton-Wilson, Rhonda Pelletier (Gary), Dena James (Jeff), Karen Helton, Fran Hubert, Jeanie Gulch, Mark Gulch and Perry Hubert; her grandchildren, Miranda of Anchorage, Anthony of Anchorage, Daniel Borschnack of Anchorage, Danika Helton of Anchorage, Brandon Helton of Anchorage and Jessica Smith (Deonte) of San Diego; her great grandchild Sebastian Borschnack of Anchorage; and also, Jaelyn, Kaverie and Ellionte Smith of San Diego. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
