He was predeceased by : his wife Cheryl (Tootsie); his sister Mary Jacobs; his nephew Jason Jacobs; his nieces, Amy West, Stephanie Taylor (Russell) and Lea Ellen Borg; and his brother-in-law Robert Russell.
He is survived by : his daughter Marci Cornell (Jacobs); his grandchildren, Keaton and Quincy Cornell; his siblings, Steve Jacobs, Karen Jacobs, Mike Jacobs (Lisa) and Richard Jacobs; his parents-in-law, Donna, Danny Bielser, Connie Russell, Vicki, Ken Shauman, Peggy, Mike West and Nancy Borg; and his close friend Peggy Giles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
