He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Holly Shackelford of Chicago, Ill. and Robert Shackelford of Anchorage; his brothers, John Shackelford (Chris) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Jeff Shackelford (Deborah) of New Iberia; and his brother-in-law John Oakley.
