With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Scott Rooney (Anchorage, Alaska), who passed away on December 5, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret McLeod and William Scott; her niece Renee Keighley; her uncle Neil Armstrong; her cousin Corcoran Armstrong; and her aunt Trudy Armstrong.
She is survived by: her husband James Rooney; her daughters, Alyson Behm (Arthur) and Yvette Galbraith (Gary); her grandchildren, Andrew Behm, Kyle Milne, James Milne and Leon Galbraith (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Novi, Cedar and Roan Galbraith.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of Alaska.
