She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann and Fred Mosquito; her husband Earl "Penney" Pennington; and her son Fred Pennington. She is survived by: her sons, Don of Anchorage, Jim of Port Lions, Gary of Anchorage and John of Seattle; her grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer, Jordan, Matthew, Lisa, Donald, Fred, Darrian, Serenity, Taylor, Dakota and Lacey; her great grandchildren, Hannah, McKinley, Tina, Chloe, Ava, Loren, Daren, Arianna, Kashous, Greyson, Aurora, Aaren and Baren; and her sisters, Irene Mosquito and Lucille Mosquito Whisenant.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that memorial contributions be directed to Alaska Native Lutheran Church, 1420 Cordova Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
