He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Virginia Ott; his daughters, Christian Williams (Stanley Schoening) of Sitka, Gwendolyn Roth of Anchorage, Jessica Roth of Sitka, Franklin Roth (Susan) of Powell and Joseph Roth (Brenda Taylor) of Juneau; and his grandchildren, Peter Williams, Benjamin Roth, Trevor Schoening, Abigail Taylor-Roth and Clem Taylor-Roth.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a in honor of Frank.
