He was predeceased by: his half-sister Laurie Ann Brogan. He is survived by: his father Anthony F. Costonis; his stepmother Dorothy Costonis; his mother Laura Caperton; his brothers, Michael Costonis (Marissa) and Joel Costonis (Rae-Shawna); and his half-sister Ellie Brogan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gio's name to Winthrop Charities, 28 Thornton Street, Winthrop, MA 02152 where the donations will be used by the Sylvia Costonis Charitable Trust to support local organizations working on the COVID challenge faced by the citizens of the Town of Winthrop.
