He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Janssen (Kathy); his sons, George Janssen Jr (Marla) of Wisconsin and Rickert Janssen; his granddaughter Dorie Arkin (Collin); his siblings, Julius (Jeanette), Alfred Vern (Elly), Richard (Eva) and Grete Wiebe (Ernst) of Canada; and his brother-in-law Jim Pierson of Montana.
