He is survived by: his daughter Jonnie Machelle Dunlap; his mother Edith Ann Dunlap; his siblings, Jeffery Mark Dunlap and Charisse Elaine Dunlap Millett; his father Robert Joseph Dunlap; his grandmother Ann Morton; and his uncle Dale Morton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to Catholic Social Services, Beans Cafe and Brother Francis Shelter.
