She was predeceased by: her parent Sadie Cathey; and her sister Willene Campbell Camp (Elmore). She is survived by: her parent Ted Campbell; her husband Ralph Underwood; her children, Sid Underwood (Linda) of Blacksburg, VA, Karen Gamble (Charles) of Raleigh, NC and Andy Underwood of Anchorage; and her granddaughters, Lauren Gamble Woodruff (Quinn), Katie Gamble and Claire Underwood.
