He is survived by: his former wives, Madeleine and Carla; his children, Michelle Gillette (John) of Fairbanks and Nicole Ford (Alexei) of Bellingham; his grandchildren, Lisa, Katie, Kyle Gillette, Dakota Ford and Escher Ford; his siblings, Jeanette, Christine and Gerard Artzis of Lake Havasu; and also, Consulate and Lois Artzis of Lake Havasu.
