He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Mears and Joseph Mears; his brother Russell Mears; his uncle Billy Mears; his nephew David Mears; his sister-in-law Kate Mears; his aunt Grace Wardlow (Carol Jones); and his pet Tangerine.
He is survived by: his wife Choy Mears; his sons, Glen Mears (Mary Ann Miller) and Raymund Mears (Beth Mears); his stepdaughters, Sandy Eugenio (Gaylord Eugenio) and Carol Lahnum (Aaron Lahnum); his grandchildren, Francesca Eugenio, Ciara Eugenio, Jaccob Lahnum, Joshua Lahnum, Logan Mears, Lily Mears, Kaylee Lahnum, Madelyn Eugenio, Gregory Mears, Gavin Mears, Katelyn Eugenio, Henry Mears and Brooklyn Lahnum; his brother Raymond Mears (Liza Mears); his sister-in-law Veronica Mears (Sis); and his former spouse Beverly Douglass.
