It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Broderson (Anchorage, Alaska), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Burk and Gunda Burk; her sister Jane Substad; and her nephew Jay Substad. She is survived by: her husband John Broderson of Ponderay; her children, Chris Broderson (Emily) of Minneapolis, Joy Shoup (Mike) of Coeur and Alene; her grandchildren, Katherine, Samuel, Matthew, Morgan, Jake, Eli and Daniel; and her sister Dianne Kress (Don) of Minnesota.
