She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harvey, Irvin, Stanley, Bertha, Marguerite, Shirley and James Gallo.
She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Taylor and Frances Taylor; her granddaughter Linda; her sister Virginia Allegar; and her aunt Marguerite Ronk. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
In her final years Lois battled Alzheimer's disease but, as her memory worsened, and her mobility became limited, she never lost her ability to make new friends, pet an animal, smile or laugh, or simply tap along to music.
