He was predeceased by: his sister Marlene Knoll (David). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Theodore and Arne; his daughter-in-law Roxanne Gillam; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Chambers and Bill Chambers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
