He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Billingsley and Bryan Rails; his pet Independence; his sister Madysen; and his grandparents, Dr. Beverly Billingsley, Roberta Sellery, Mike Jones and Andrew Sellery. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
