He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Ryerson and Agnes Ryerson; his son Ian Ryerson; and his siblings, JoAnn, Donna, Sandy, Ron, Mary, Jerome and Doug.

He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Ryerson; his brothers, Tom of Eagan, MN, Ray and Jon; and his significant other Tinker Ryerson.
