Ophra Jane Harnish Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ophra Jane Harnish of Anchorage, Alaska, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ophra Jane Harnish to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her brother Jacob. She is survived by: her daughter Orpha Jill Lawrence (Tim) of Anchorage, Alaska; her sister Eunice Enck (Jesse) of Sanibel, Fla.; her half-sister Marie Hoover (Levi) of Denver; and her siblings, Mary Schantz, Lois Dagen, Mervin, Paul, Arthur, Noah and Omar. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The pandemic, superimposed on independence-robbing macular degeneration, prompted Orpha to move to Alaska and live with Jill and Tim.
