He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Moreno Sr.; his sister Diane Moreno; and his nephew Johnny Josetsen Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Harriet Miyasato Beleal; his siblings, George Moreno, Anthony Moreno, Chad Titell, Lynette Moreno Hinz, Rachel Moreno, Paulette Moreno and Rita Miller; his daughter Renae Zackar (Greg); his grandchildren, Alicia Tinney, Sharolynn Zackar, Tatianna Zackar, Gregory Zackar and Simeon Zackar; his great grandchild Anafasia Tinney; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Moreno, Mary Soots, Staergaven Silk Craig, Tammy Silk, Elizabeth Vanderway Burson, Shaleena Delgado, Marissa Delgado, Kamachi Moreno, Douglas Silk and Ty Waldron.
