He is survived by: his wife Gail Niebrugge; his children, Ron Niebrugge of Seward, Alaska and Tawny Buck of Anchorage; his children-in-law, Janine Niebrugge and Robert Buck; and his grandchildren, Quincy, Reilly and Sydney Buck.
