He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Gartin and Marilyn Elizabeth Nichols; and his sister Cherilyn Hawkley. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Forrest Gartin, Gretchen Wood and Rosie Nethercott; and his brother Chip Lambert. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
