Sharon A. Galanopoulos Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon A. Galanopoulos (Anchorage, Alaska), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on February 14, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Staigle and Rosanna Staigle. She is survived by: her children, Karie Barrett, Tammy Barrett and Jason Barrett; her sister Carol Thornsberry; her grandchildren, Lyle Behrenwald, Crystal Luddington, Dennis Speaks, Kevin Lano and Travis Barrett; her great grandchildren, Jazmyn M. Behrenwald, Kayla Barrett and Josiah Barrett; and her husband John Galanopoulos.
There will be a viewing of the body held on Thursday February 20th from 2:00-4:30pm at Legacy Funeral Home Heritage Chapel at Angelus 440 E. Klatt Rd. In addition, we are asking for donations on behalf of Sharon's children to be made to the church with the express reason of helping defray funeral costs.
