McIntosh; his sons, Zachary McIntosh and Joseph McIntosh (Rossy); his grandchildren, Jade of Port Orchard, WA and Victor of Port Orchard, WA; his mother Vicki Reed of Marysville, WA; his siblings, Glenus Cooper (Bob) of Henderson, NV, Toby McIntosh of Anchorage, AK, Nicki Fagerlie (Don) of Stanwood, WA, Bill McIntosh (Karen) of Arlington, WA, Dawn Moisanen (Jan) of Arlington, Kevin Kelly of Everett, WA and Erin Westvang (Larry) of Marysville; and his mother Barry Tetrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
