Samoa and Fogaa Toleafoa- of Kentucky; his wife Monica Paipa Toleafoa; and his children, Matoka Toleafoa Jr. (Faatapepe), Misimoa Uili Matoka (Ritima Matavao), Taalefili Toleafoa Aso (Lefanoga), Tiana Toleafoa Togiola, Tuanaita, Vaesa, Malaki Poututasioleitumalotumaumafatulegae, Nuuvea Richard Toleafoa (Elisa), Ralph Toleafoa (Dowina Fonotele), Phyllis Toleafoa (Kevita Faulafo), Kezelirah Faulafo, Kevita Faulafo Jr., Kimbo Faulafo and Leleane Togiola Saelua (Marvin Saelua). He was also cherished by 8 children, 43 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
