J.; her brother Bertram (Sally) of Anchorage; and her nephew Joseph (Jill) of Phoenix, Ariz..

“I think I met Susan sometime in the 80's and believe she might have done an internship or was a vet tech for Dr. Gene Shepard. One was instantly drawn to Susan for her enthusiasm and zest for life and her compassionate care of animals and their owners. I think I must have been in the top first 30 clients when she opened Ravenwood in 1990. She saw me through years and fears and unending love for all my Golden Retrievers. Susan was an elegant humanitarian. We were lucky to have had this angel”
