He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; his stepsons, Brandon, Jarryd and Justin; his stepmother Beulah Welsh; and his siblings, Nancy (Lou), Mary (Bob), John (Janeen), Bruce, Brenda (Kim), Brian and Doug. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Special Olympics Alaska.
