We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2022, at the age of 60, Theresa Jo Chouinard of Anchorage, Alaska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Faye Skulstad (Malutin) and Alphonse Lee Chouinard. She is survived by: her children, Sarai Lynn Etheridge and Johnny Ray Marsh; and her siblings, Barbara Ackerman, Joan, Hendrickson, Anne Pfeifer, Tom, Frederick and Robert Chouinard.

She retired as an administrative assistant for Southcentral Foundation Audiology, where she loved serving her Alaska Native community for 16 years.
