He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike and Olga; and his daughter Jennifer. He is survived by: his wife Jackie of Peters Creek; his children, Andrea (Zach) of Peters Creek and Michael of Hawaii; and his siblings, Jack of Washington, Jim of Texas, Dave of Washington and Judy of Arizona.
