It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Van F. Stogsdill (Anchorage, Alaska), born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Stogsdill and Mildred Salier (Grundy); and his sister Ethelene Price. He is survived by: his grandson John Daily; his wife Ruby Eileen Stogsdill (Knutsen) of Soldotna; his children, Vanessa Tripplet of Knoxville, Tenn, Vonda Stogsdill (John Daily), Van Mark Stogsdill of Soldotna, Bryan E. Stogsdill of Soldotna and Caitie Martin of Soldotna; his grandchildren, John W. Daily of Soldotna, Lincoln Van Stogsdill of Soldotna and Scout Wyant of Soldotna; his brother Curtis R.; and his sister-in-law Christine Stogsdill of Denton, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
