Vernon, WA and Donna Burkhart of Anchorage, AK; and her grandchildren, Jessica Simons of Anchorage, AK, Erica Madsen of Arlington, WA, Emily Mantzoros of Anchorage, AK and Fred Chace of Sterling, AK.
