She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Stehouwer. She is survived by: her father David Stehouwer; her husband Bill Romberg; her sons, Ari and Ethan Romberg; her sisters, Susan Tierney (Michael) and Cathy Stiles (Tim); and her siblings-in-law, Karen Scott (Jason), Audrey Stambaugh (Scott), Sue Romberg, Rebecca Verespej (Dan), Andrea Bond (Mark) and Garrett Romberg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations to AUUF in honor of Wendy will go to a special fund to build a new children's playground at the fellowship, which will be dedicated in Wendy's name as a way of honoring her love for youth. • Leadership Anchorage – a program of the Alaska Humanities Forum.
