He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Basinger and Mary Basinger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Basinger; his sister Elaine Janney; his children, Jill Basinger Whitehead (Tom) and David Basinger (Lacy); his grandchildren, Amy Huggins (Matt), Sara Woodall (Bill), Brennan Basinger, Meredith Basinger, Mary Frances Basinger and Jessica Basinger; and his great grandchild Miles Woodall.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
