He is survived by: his wife Ramona Johnson (Booth); his sons, David and Randy Johnson (Rhea); and his grandchildren, Cory Johnson, Cayle Johnson, Cameron Johnson and Leana Kerle (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
