He was predeceased by: his parents, William Texeira Sr. and Angeline Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Miriam "Lahapa" Alapai Texeira; his children, William, Wiley Ann Contrades (Kalei), Noe Texeira (Mark Adams), Wilbert Kunani (Ethel), Malia Texeira (Barrow Brower), Kathi Texeira (Derek Ahgeak), Kimo Jr. (Christi) and Kalen Texeira; and his siblings, Anthony, Michael, Angelina "Honey" (Lynn Turner), Steven, Rosalina "Sweetie" Lopez (Patrick), David (Norma), Aloysius (Leslee) and Chanel Catbagan (Mario).
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a public viewing for William on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 11:00am -12:00 pm. There will be a private service following the viewing for the family due to the COVID attendance limitations.
