It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erin Wyn Newkirk of Bethel, Alaska, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her husband Larry "Toby" Tobias; her son Derek Munn of Klamath Falls, OR; her stepdaughter Audrey Bateman (Ben) of West Carrollton, OH; her stepgrandchildren, Juliana and Malachi; her parents, William Newkirk (Rebecca) of New Vienna, OH and Mildred Roach of Ft Sumner, NM; her siblings, William Newkirk of Grove City, OH, Travis Newkirk (Arlene) of Florida, Tammy Brandenstein of Blanchester, OH and Kim Vargas (Lupe) of Taylor Mill, KY; and her aunts, Marie Mays of Clarksville, OH and Sue Clement of Wilmington, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous friends.
Many is the time she would stop in the road to rescue a turtle crossing the road, and she donated her time and money to various causes.
