She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard A. Coen and Alice M. Coen (Brodine); her former life partner LaVern B. VonHeeder; her husband John Vincent Thompson, Jr.; her son John V. Thompson, III; and her siblings, Paul Coen, Bobby Coen, Arlene Sheldon and Pearl McLimans.
She is survived by : her sons, Lavern B. VonHeeder Jr. of Mount Vernon, OR, Alan Wade VonHeeder of Soldotna, AK and David L. VonHeeder (Terri) of Netarts, OR. She is also survived by her children, 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
As a 3 time survivor of Cancer, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
