He was predeceased by : his sister Elaine Hamilton; his son Johnny Lee Hamilton; and his wife Elinor Sue Hamilton. He is survived by : his children, Marshall, Bruce, Bonnie and Beth. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
