He is survived by : his wife Alyce Johansen of Yucaipa; his parents, Otto G. of Ketchikan and Oddveig Johansen of Ketchikan; his brothers, Leif Eric Johansen (Leonne) and Chris Johansen; his stepdaughter Larisa Ivy of Bentonville; and also Brandon of Bentonville.
