He was predeceased by : his daughter Valerie Larson; his parents, Albert Larson and Elizabeth Larson; his siblings, Nelda Olson, Irene Hartwig, Carl Larson (Bumpy), Otto Albert "Duffy" Larson, Albert Otto "Sonny" Larson, Richard Larson and Ada Ford; his grandsons, Derek Larson, Trapheme Angasan and Albert Larson; and his great grandchild Matthew Larson-Blair.
He is survived by : his wife Kay Bigbey; his children, Dorothy B. Larson, Billie Larson (Jasper Blair) and Jeremy Larson; his foster daughter Carol Luckhurst (Verl Luckhurst); his grandchildren, Kay Larson-Blair, Evelyn Larson, Shane, Ryan Larson of Jonathan Jeremy, Samantha Larson-Blair, Klarissa Larson and Love Larson; his great grandchildren, Billie Dean, Jonathan Wassily, Brianna Knabe, Tracen Wassily Jr., Alora Wassily, Harmony Larson, Derek Larson-Blair, Albert Larson, Jeremy Larson, Jase, Valerie Savo, Damien Avina, Sadie Larson-Blair, Sloan Larson and Daniel Savo III; and his sisters, Marie Tennyson, Pauline Hart and Elizabeth "Betty" Galbraith. He is also survived by siblings, and taking over his dad's dog team and how the lead dog.
