It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne E. Slezak (Holy Cross, Alaska), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Judi Shimko (Tom), Kyle Radish (Dan) and Amy Slezak; her granddaughters, Hannah Hradek (Alex), Julianne and Nicole Radish; her great grandchildren, Gregory, Benedict and Leo Hradek; and her sibling Laverne Skonezny (late Henry).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
