He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Ann Hale; his grandparents, Louis Edwards, Edna Edwards and Sarah Lee Gunn; his great-grandparent Annie Lee Hartley; and his aunts, Gloria Ann Bostic and Daisy McCastle.
He is survived by: his father Raymond Hale, Sr.; his siblings, Freda Hale and Antonio Hale; his children, Keria Gray and Isaiah "JoJo" Hale; and his siblings' children, Gregory Bivins, Jamarvis Turner and D'Shanay Hale. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
