He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Nicklie and Tammany Nicklie; his brothers, Andrew, Lingo, Homer, Tracy and Harold Nicklie; and his siblings' children, Kimberly Ewan, Joseph, Daniel, William Nicklie (Billy) and Kenneth Ewan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Elsie Nicklie, Eleanor Dementi and Margie Ewan; his siblings' children, Brenda Rebne, Rhoda Brown, Paula Nicklie, Tammany George, Lisa, Helen Christiansen, Linda Towne, Lingo Nicklie Jr., Gilbert Dementi Jr., Darrel Dementi, Harold Nicklie (Frankie), Robert Nicklie (Bobby) and Michael Ewan; and his cousins, David Nicklie, Violet Jamison, Jane Nicholas, Louise Mayo and Helga Wiebe.
