He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Johnson, Sr. and Leona Jorgensen; his siblings, William Johnson (Billy), Richard Johnson, Sr. and Arlene Nelson; his nephew Harold Johnson, Jr. (Breezie); and his grandchild Raelene Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Sally Johnson (Nelson); his siblings, Tommy Johnson, Harold Johnson, Sr. (Gunner) and Audrey Medina; his children, Ray Johnson, Danny Johnson and Ellen McNeley; and his grandchildren, Darren, Shannon, Angela, Samantha, Bobbie and Sherman.
