She was predeceased by: her parents, George Saunders and Ethel Saunders (Grant H. Forsythe). She is survived by: her husband Grant H. Forsythe; her children, Naida Bamford (Kent) and Brenda Seethaler (Larry); and her grandchildren, Chad Bamford (Amy), Cody Bamford (Carisa), Chrystopher Fleming (Kimberly) and Courtney Fleming Chapman. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Anchorage Symphony or Sitka Summer Music Festival.
