He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn Fry; his parents, Robert E Levenhagen and Beverly Levenhagen (Svare); and his father-in-law Allan K Fry. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Lorraine Fry; and his siblings-in-law, Valerie (Matthew Imbrock), Kathleen Fry and Eugene (Linda Fry).
