She is survived by : her children, James Pietan of Juneau, AK, Michael Pietan of Waterloo Iowa and Julie Wetzell; her mother Adala Springmier (Kalvig) of New Hampton, IA; and her siblings, Jan Springmier-Lemke of Douglasville, GA, Judy Eichenberger of New Hampton and Lynn Springmier (Karen) of New Hampton. She is also survived by her grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
