He was predeceased by: his wife Francis Elizabeth Millwood Carr; and his parents, Edgar Carr and Attie Mae Carr. He is survived by: his children, Donna Kaye Millwood (Steve), Elizabeth McCullars and Daniel Ray Carr; his grandchildren, Brittany McCullars Yocum, Chance Yocum, Shane McCullars and Allie McCullars; and his great grandchildren, Maddison McCullars, Kaylee Yocum and Addie McCullars.
