He was predeceased by: his father Herman Lloyd Downey. He is survived by: his mother Annie Jewel Downey-Persico; his sister Pamela Gable; and his sibling's children, Kristin Gable, Jody Gable, Caysen, Joel, Jaxen and Jaysen.
