He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James Edward Riley and Johnny Franklin Macon; his father Timothy Patrick; and his brother Jacob Sloan. He is survived by: his daughters, Kyndle Shaye, Kenslee Sue Faith and Kaselyn Victoria Rose; his mother Stephanie Lynn; his siblings, Joshua Christopher Douglas (Adrienne), Cody Austin and Destiney Anna Lee; his nieces and nephews, Gracye Michelle Lynn, Madelyn Lee, Elaine Kaye, Layla Marie, Eric James, Jr., Elijah Sloan and Jakob Austyn; and his grandmother Paulette Ann.
