He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonzo Sr. and Daisy Mae Spurlock, Sr. (McDonald); and his wife Phyllis Spurlock. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Ann Morris and Charles Walker Spurlock (Betty); his siblings' children, Thomas Robinson, Anthony Spurlock, Terrance Spurlock, Danny Ray, Martin Spurlock, Kathleen Connerty, Cindy Cino, Shelly Spurlock, Kelly Spurlock, Kandi McAleese, Jennifer Medford and Gerrita Morris; and his stepchildren, Nancy Lena Lewis (Ralph), Jean Fryman (Glenn), Jimmy Jones (Jenny) and Tony Spurlock (Teresa). He is also survived by grandchildren; 24 step great grandchildren and 1 step great great granddaughter.
